Hola Mendoza!

Empezamos otra vez con todos los festejos para el día del Niño!! El sábado pasado estuvimos ayudando en nuestro departamento de Las Heras donde festejamos con alrededor de 8,000 personas. Servimos la chocolatada, repartimos facturas y bolsas con golosinas y estuvimos presente con nuestros payasos que animaron al público. Durante las próximas semanas estaremos siendo parte de más festejos para el día del niño en nuestro departamento y barrio. !Para nosotros es tan importante no solo estar presente, sino servir a nuestra comunidad! Una manera excelente en que podemos ministrar a la gente y mostrarles el amor de nuestro Dios! We have started again with all the festivities for Kids day! Last Saturday we were helping out in our department Las Heras where we celebrated with some 8000 people. El sábado pasado tuvimos la apertura de la Escuela de Consejería externa. Pudimos recibir a 11 estudiantes de diferentes iglesias de Mendoza. Ellos van a estar con nosotros cada sábado por los próximos 3 meses para aprender nuevas herramientas para el ministerio y profundizar aún mas su relación con Dios. Estamos agradecidos a Dios y creemos que va a ser un tiempo muy especial! Last saturday we started with the external Counseling School. We received 11 students from different churches in Mendoza. They are going to be with us every saturday for the next 3 months to learn new tools for ministry and go more in-depth in their relationship with God. We are thankful and believe this is going to be a very special time!

El pasado miércoles celebramos el comienzo de otra EDE enfocada en Deportes. Hubo mucho frío, pero esto no nos detuvo de dar una cálida bienvenida a los nuevos estudiantes! Junto con el equipo de trabajo ellos representan a 7 naciones: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brasil, los EEUU, Canadá y los Países Bajos. El lema de la escuela es: "Unidad, Adoración, Herencia y Extensión de Reino", basado en el versículo de Hechos 2:46. Estaremos orando mucho por ellos! Creemos que será un tiempo muy importante en que Dios se manifestará en cada una de sus vidas! Last Wednesday we celebrated the start of another Sports DTS! It was very cold, but that didn't stop us from giving the new students a warm welcome! Together with the staff of the School they represent 7 nations: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brasil, the United States, Canada and the Netherlands. Ya empezó el Ramadan : Tiempo tan especial para los musulmanes como para nosotros!!! Pues muchos musulmanes, en oración, reciben revelaciones del Dios verdadero, y de Isa, Jesús. Nosotros tenemos que ponernos en la brecha, orar y ayunar para que ellos pueden tener un encuentro con Jesús. Como JuCUM Mendoza, organizamos durante este mes diferentes actividades, las cuales, estamos informando a través de facebook y aca abajo. Dios ama a los hijos de Ismael, su deseo es encontrarse con ellos y revelarse como Padre! Ramadam already started, such a special time for the muslims. And for us too! Because in this time a lot of muslims receive in this time in search of God revelations of the true God and of Isa, Jesus. So we need to put ourselves in the gap, pray and fast so that they can have an encounter with Jesus. As YWAM Mendoza we are organizing different activities during this month. Hace algunas semanas que estamos trabajando junto con el ministerio de consejería con los "mini-policias" cada sábado por la mañana dan clase acerca de; identidad, valores y sexualidad ,a niños y adolescentes que forman parte de los mini- policias. Es un tiempo muy lindo en que los chicos  responden muy bien y comparten mucho de sus experiencias y hacen preguntas. Vemos otra puerta abierta por el Señor, en el barrio para compartir acerca de Él y promover valores y principios bíblicos. En las próximas semanas vamos a enseñar acerca de prevención de abuso sexual y todo lo que tiene que ver con cambios corporales. Since a couple of weeks we have been working together with the mini-police in our neighbourhood. Every saturday, the counseling ministry gets together with them and gives classes about identity, values and sexuality. Estamos muy emocionados y agradecidos en compartirles que empezamos el trabajo en nuestro nuevo terreno en el barrio!! Hace mucho que estamos orando y buscando un lugar para establecernos mas cerca de la gente y ahora el tiempo ha llegado! El terreno esta cerca de nuestras instalaciones, sobre la calle principal de nuestro barrio El Borbollón. Empezamos a limpiar el terreno y emparejar para arrancar con la construcción de un centro familiar. Gloria a Dios! We are very excited and thankful to share with you that we started with the work in our new terrain in the neighborhood!! We have been praying and looking for a place to establish ourselves closer to the people and now the time has come! The terrain is close to our Mission, on the main street in our neighborhood. We started cleaning the place and level it so that we can begin the construction of our family centre. Glory to God!
