Chao Sao Paolo, hola Rio! // Bye bye Sao Paulo, hello Rio!
Oi tudos, Deus abençoe! Les escribimos desde Rio de Janeiro donde hemos llegado hace varios días atrás. Los últimos días en Sao Paulo lo pasamos muy bien, yendo a diferentes actividades y lugares. Compartimos una mañana con una escuelita de fútbol de la municipalidad de Arujá. Jugamos juntos, compartimos varios obras con valores bíblicos como la importancia de compartir y que nuestra alegría no esta en tener cosas, pero en tener a Jesús en nuestra corazón. Después oramos y compartimos una palabra. En la tarde fuimos a 2 hogares de niños. El primer hogar con niños de 0-12 años y después de 12-17 años donde pudimos ministrar con varios actividades como pintar y obras de teatro. También Dios nos permitió orar por la directora de ambos hogares y fuimos realmente mandado por Dios en el momento justo. Como Él preparó todo!
En nuestra ultima noche en Sao Paulo jugamos un partido contra un equipo local en su cancha. Además de jugar, tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir una reflexión bíblica con los jugadores y los entrenadores y orar con y por ellos. Creemos que Dios ministró a varios y que la semilla fue sembrado!
Llegamos a Rio de Janeiro, donde despedimos a Daniel, nuestro chófer y compañero que nos ayudó no solamente durante este IMPACTO pero desde ya mucho antes. Gracias Dani por tu inversión y cuidado!
En estos primeros días acá en Rio hemos estado sirviendo en 2 iglesias diferentes. Estuvimos participando en los cultos con la alabanza, predicando, dando testimonios, obras de teatro. Tuvimos la oportunidad de orar por diferentes políticos locales, cristianos y no-cristianos, que ahora están haciendo campaña para las elecciones estatales y federales. Que importante es impactar este área de la sociedad con la verdad de Dios!
Los siguientes 2 días estamos sirviendo en APAE, una asociación que trabaja con personas con habilidades especiales. Tenemos un programa con deportes, actividades de misericordia, arte y salud juntos con y por los chicos de APAE y la comunidad. En la tarde fuimos a invitar toda la gente del barrio y estamos con muchas expectativas de lo que Dios va a hacer en este tiempo!

Oi tudos, Deus abençoe! We are writing from Rio de Janeiro where we arrived a couple of days ago. The last days in Sao Paulo we spent really well, going to different activities and places. We shared one morning with a soccer school of the municipality of Arujá. We played together, shared varios dramas with biblical values like for example that it is important to share and that our joy is not found in having things but in having Jesus in our hearts. Afterwards we prayed and shared a Word with them. In the afternoon we went to 2 different children's homes. First for children in the ages of 0-12 and then for 12-17 years old where we could minister with varios activities like painting and dramas. As well, God permitted us to pray for the director of the homes and we were really send by God in the right moment. How He prepared everything!
In our last evening in Sao Paulo we played a soccer game against a local soccer team. Besides playing the match, we had the opportunity to share a biblical reflexion with the players and their coaches, and pray for and with them. We believe that God ministered to them and that the seed was planted!
We got to Rio de Janeiro, where we said goodbye to Daniel, our driver and companion who not only helped us during this IMPACTO but already a long time before that. Thanks Dani for investing and taking care of us!
During the first days here in Rio we have been serving with 2 churches. We have been participating in the services with worship, preaching, sharing testimonies, and dramas. We had the opportunity as well to pray for several local politicians, christian and non-christian, that are running in state- and federal elections. How important to impact this area of society with God's truth!
The coming 2 days we are serving with APAE, an association that works with people with special abilities. We have a program with sports, mercy activities, arts and health together with and for the kids from APAE and the community. In the afternoon we went to invite the people from the neighbourhood and we have a lot of expectations of what God is going to do in this time!
