Té misionero // Missions tea


La semana pasada fue la semana de misiones mundiales, y por eso el sábado pasado organizamos un té misionero en nuestras oficinas. Compartimos un rico té de menta, chai de la India y diferentes postres internacionales mientras que escuchábamos la historia de familia Poblete, misioneros en Guinea Bissau. Después tuvimos un tiempo de intercesión profética, orando por las naciones y misioneros en diferentes partes del mundo. En una mapa grande pudimos pintar y escribir palabras que Dios nos dio y que queríamos declarar sobre cada pueblo, lengua y nación.   
Fue lindo poder compartir este tiempo con personas de diferentes iglesias de Mendoza y así, experimentar algo del corazón de Dios por las naciones!

Last week was the week of world missions and therefore last Saturday we organized a missions tea at our offices. We enjoyed a nice mint tea, chai from India and different international desserts while we listened to the story of family Poblete, missionaries in Guinea Bissau. Afterwards we had a time of prophetic intercession, praying for the nations and missionaries in different parts of the world. On a big map we could paint and write words that God gave us that we wanted to declare over every people, tongue and nation.
It was great sharing this time with people from different churches in Mendoza and in that way experiment something from God´s heart for the nations!

Ropes Course Mendoza has arrived! / / Curso de Cuerdas Mendoza llego!

As previously announced we started building our very own ropes course! Sue and Jeff from YWAM Salem, Oregon and Salomon from Brazil (YWAM Curitiva) joined our Sports Ministry for a week to get us started on the low circuit with its different elements. Cables have been cut, ropes have been knotted and the ropes course starts to take shape! As well, we started one part of the high circuit, 13 meters up in the trees! This week we officially inaugurated the course and our staff and students were the first ones to get some experience. It challenges us to grow in leadership, face our fears, trusting others, following orders and being responsible for others! We will keep you updated on any further progress! Evangelismo en las Calles de Mendoza // Evangelism in the Streets of Mendoza

En la Ciudad de Mendoza existen alrededor de 80 personas que viven en la calle, o viven de la calle…o desarrollan estrategias de calle, esto es para sobrevivir. En JUCUM Mendoza, estamos saliendo todos los obreros, cada miércoles por la noche a visitar este grupo de personas, casi en su totalidad hombres adultos y ancianos. Compartimos con ellos una bebida fresca – jugo – en verano, o una bebida caliente en invierno – café -, y un alfajor, o galletas para compartir. Construimos relaciones de amistad y confianza y así compartimos a Jesús y su amor. Abrazamos a aquellos que la sociedad excluye, con solo una charla, escuchar, y orar por sus necesidades.
