Apertura del Ministerio King's Kids // King's Kids Ministry Opening

El día 21 de Septiembre tuvimos la gran victoria de poder realizar la apertura del Ministerio King's Kids en nuestra Misión.
Fue un día increíble donde en el evento estuvieron presentes alrededor de 60 niños acompañados por sus padres, varios lideres y pastores.
La apertura de este ministerio se realizó con el deseo de invertir en los niños; creemos que cada uno de ellos es una herramienta útil del Señor, creemos en su capacidad y necesidad espiritual y estamos dispuestos y ansiosos de invertir en sus vidas con la intención de que crezcan en su Fe y sean guía para otros niños para conocer a Jesús.

The 21st of September we celebrated the opening of King´s Kids Mendoza ministry here at our Mission. It was an incredible day in which we welcomed around 60 children accompanied by their parents, leaders and pastors. 
We openend this ministry with the desire or investing in children. We believe that each one of them is a useful tool in the hands of the Lord and we believe in their spiritual capacity and necessity. We are willing and very anxious to invest in their lives with the intention that they grow in their faith and can guide other children towards Jesus.

Ropes Course Mendoza has arrived! / / Curso de Cuerdas Mendoza llego!

As previously announced we started building our very own ropes course! Sue and Jeff from YWAM Salem, Oregon and Salomon from Brazil (YWAM Curitiva) joined our Sports Ministry for a week to get us started on the low circuit with its different elements. Cables have been cut, ropes have been knotted and the ropes course starts to take shape! As well, we started one part of the high circuit, 13 meters up in the trees! This week we officially inaugurated the course and our staff and students were the first ones to get some experience. It challenges us to grow in leadership, face our fears, trusting others, following orders and being responsible for others! We will keep you updated on any further progress! Evangelismo en las Calles de Mendoza // Evangelism in the Streets of Mendoza

En la Ciudad de Mendoza existen alrededor de 80 personas que viven en la calle, o viven de la calle…o desarrollan estrategias de calle, esto es para sobrevivir. En JUCUM Mendoza, estamos saliendo todos los obreros, cada miércoles por la noche a visitar este grupo de personas, casi en su totalidad hombres adultos y ancianos. Compartimos con ellos una bebida fresca – jugo – en verano, o una bebida caliente en invierno – café -, y un alfajor, o galletas para compartir. Construimos relaciones de amistad y confianza y así compartimos a Jesús y su amor. Abrazamos a aquellos que la sociedad excluye, con solo una charla, escuchar, y orar por sus necesidades.
