Ready...here we go!!! / Listo...ahi vamos!!!
Wow!!!! Estamos saliendo de cruzada…. Cada día el desafío está más cerca! Como será esta nueva etapa de nuestras vidas? La Escuela de Discipulado está terminando su parte teórica, después de haber tenido 3 meses de clases donde pudimos ver milagros sobrenaturales de Dios en nuestras vidas. Poniendo en práctica la primera parte del lema de Juventud con una Misión ¨Conocer a Dios…¨ Aprendiendo sobre el carácter de Dios, como escuchar Su voz y de crecer en una relación más intima con el Señor, ahora llegó la parte de poner en práctica la segunda parte del lema…¨hacerlo conocido¨.
Qué emoción!!!
El jueves pasado 2 equipos de la escuela de Discipulado, con enfoque en el área de misericordia, fueron a hacer su parte práctica. Estuvieron un fin de semana dando seminarios en una conferencia en la provincia de San Juan. Ayer salieron rumbo a Centro América, donde podremos bendecir Guatemala y Honduras, a la vuelta invertiremos en nuestra provincia, trabajando con la Comunidad Huarpe, en el Desierto de Lavalle! El segundo equipo va algunos días a la ciudad de La Plata, provincia de Buenos Aires, Rosario, provincia de Santa Fe, y después rumbo a Rio de Janeiro y Maceió, Brasil.
Estamos con muchas expectativas de lo que Dios tiene en su corazón para nosotros, con cada alumno, obrero, con las iglesias, familias y cada persona con quien nos vamos a encontrar! Estamos convencidos que Dios nos guía en cada paso y que El prepara cada situación para hacerlo conocido.
Tres meses atrás hemos llegado de nuestras casas a la base de JuCUM en Mendoza, con el deseo que Dios haga un cambio radical en nuestras vidas, de buscar y hacer Su voluntad. Si solo pudieran ver nuestros rostros…se darían cuenta de cuento hemos cambiado!! Cuando reconocemos que necesitamos a Dios, El obra! El es fiel! Sin embargo… es la elección de cada uno de tomar esta decisión y rendir el control de nuestras vidas a Dios!
Entonces…. Estamos listos para irnos! No sabemos que nos espera en cada uno de estos lugares…. Pero si sabemos que va ser un tiempo inolvidable! Un tiempo donde vamos a conocer mucha gente nueva, donde vamos a ver mas milagros de Dios, donde vamos a sorprendernos, reír, llorar. Pero también un tiempo de trabajar en equipo, tiempo de bendecirnos, tiempo de aguantar los ronquidos de nuestros compañeros o el olor a medias sucias! Un tiempo donde vamos a decir: ESTE TIEMPO VALIO LA PENA!!! Y donde veremos cumplida la palabra que Dios nos dio para nuestra escuela… Restaurare las ruinas antiguas….. Isaías 61:1-4

Wow!!!! We are going on outreach... Every day the challenge is getting closer! How will this new phase in our lives go? The Discipleship Training School is finishing his theory phase, after we had three months of clases where we were able to see supernatural miracles from the Lord in our lives. Putting in practice the first part of the Youth With A Mission slogan: ¨To Know God...¨ We learned about God´s character, how to hear His voice and to grow in a more profound relationship with the Lord. Now we are about to put in practice the second part of the slogan ¨...making Him Known¨.
So exiting!!!
Last thursday two teams of the DTS, wich has its focus on Mercy Ministries, are leaving for their practical part of the school. The famous outreach!
They have been giving seminars at a conference in the province of San Juan and yesterday they left for Central America. There we will be blessing the nations of Guatemala and Honduras. When we return to Argentina we also going to invest some days in the province of Mendoza, working with the community of Huarpe indigenous, in the desert of Lavalle. The second team will go a few days to the city of La Plata, in the province of Buenos Aires, and to the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe. And then of to Rio de Janeiro and Maceio, in Brazil!
We are looking forward to what God has in store for us, for each student, each staff worker, every church, family and each person we are going to meet! We are convinced that God will guide every step and that He will prepare each situation to make Him known!
Three months ago we have left behind our homes and came to the YWAM base in Mendoza with the desire that God will do a radical change in our lives, to seek and do His will. If only you could see our faces… you would notice how much we have changed! When we recognize that we need God, He works! He is faithful. However… it is a personal choice to make to give over the control of your lives to God!
Therefore… we are ready to go! We don’t know what to expect in each of the places we are going to… But we do know that it will be an unforgettable time! A time where we will meet a lot of new people, where we will see more of Gods miracles, where we will be surprised, where we will laugh, cry, but also a time of working in team, a time to bless each other, a time to put up with my roommates snoring and the smelly socks! A time where we will say: THIS TIME WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!! And where we will see Gods Word for the school accomplished: … they will rebuild the ancient ruins… Isaiah 61:1-4
