Jornada de Arte y Coffee Night // Arts gathering and Coffee Night

El pasado fin de semana tuvimos nuestra jornada de Artes; Mariana Terminiello, pionera en el ministerio de artes en ywam Corrientes, con una trayectoria de mas de 10 años nos transmitió en 4 días el corazón de Dios en las artes, el carácter de un artista y la gran herramienta de libertad que es esta área de la sociedad. Fuimos ministrados e inspirados al escuchar y ver lo real, creativo y único que es Dios. Se sumaron también con nosotros jóvenes de diferentes iglesias y llegado el sábado cerramos juntos compartiendo en el "Coffee Night" con buena comida, improvisaciones, música, clowns y danza. Disfrutamos mucho este tiempo maravilloso de recibir, desatar dones y sorprendernos, ahora continuamos para dar e invertir en otros!

Last weekend we had our Arts retreat. Mariana Terminiello, pioneer of the arts ministry at YWAM Corrientes and with more than 10 years experience, transmitted to us during 4 days God´s heart for the arts, the character of an artist and what a great tool of freedom this area of society is. We were ministered and inspired by hearing how real, creative and unique God is. As well, young people from varios churches got together with us and saturday evening we closed off with a "Coffee Night", with good food, improvisations, music, clowns and dance. We enjoyed this time of receiving, releasing our gifts and be surprised. Now, let´s give and invest in others!

En las vacaciones de inviernos tuvimos una hermosa actividad para niños en nuestro Centro de Día llamado "Pequeños soñadores, grandes creadores". Los estudiantes de la EDE de Desarrollo Comunitario arrancaron su tiempo práctico organizando este evento que duró 5 días. Mas de 60 niños asistieron y realizaron varios actividades en que fueron desafiado a usar su imaginación, su creatividad y soñar en grande! Tuvimos una visita especial de Jorgito Vitar, corredor de TC 2000 que empezó como niño chiquito corriendo karting. Fue un tiempo hermoso en donde los niños pudieron encontrarse con Dios, conocerle mas, saber que los ha diseñado con un propósito especial, que son creativos y que pueden lograr lo que pueden en Cristo! Ropes Course Mendoza has arrived! / / Curso de Cuerdas Mendoza llego!

As previously announced we started building our very own ropes course! Sue and Jeff from YWAM Salem, Oregon and Salomon from Brazil (YWAM Curitiva) joined our Sports Ministry for a week to get us started on the low circuit with its different elements. Cables have been cut, ropes have been knotted and the ropes course starts to take shape! As well, we started one part of the high circuit, 13 meters up in the trees! This week we officially inaugurated the course and our staff and students were the first ones to get some experience. It challenges us to grow in leadership, face our fears, trusting others, following orders and being responsible for others! We will keep you updated on any further progress!
