Chile, Peru and Nothern Argentina: here we come! // Chile, Peru y el Norte de Argentina: Allá vamos!

How the time flies by! Three months ago we started the Soccer DTS and this Saturday the teams are already leaving on Outreach! The first two weeks they will spend all together in Chile and then one team will leave to Northern Argentina and the other team will go to Peru. We have great expectations of what the Lord is going to do in the lives of the students and the people they will meet.

This week we are celebrating as well International Women's Day (which was the 8th of March) with an entire week of activities in the neighbourhood, finishing with a festival on Saturday.

Moreover, this week we will spend time as a family during the staff retreat! Together we will seek the Lord and listen to all the plans and challenges that He has for us for the coming year.

Cómo vuela el tiempo! Hace tres meses empezamos con la EDE de Fútbol y este sábado los equipos ya se van a su tiempo práctico! Las primeras dos semanas todos van a estar en Chile y después un equipo viajará al Norte de Argentina y el otro equipo a Perú. Tenemos muchas expectativas de todo lo que el Señor va a hacer en las vidas de los estudiantes y en las personas que van a conocer!

Además, celebramos el día internacional de la mujer (que fue el 8 de Marzo) con seis días llenos de actividades en el barrio. Cerramos la semana con un festival este sábado!

Este semana también tenemos el retiro de los obreros. Vamos a pasar tiempo juntos como familia escuchando todos los planes y desafíos que Dios tiene para nosotros este año.

Ropes Course Mendoza has arrived! / / Curso de Cuerdas Mendoza llego!

As previously announced we started building our very own ropes course! Sue and Jeff from YWAM Salem, Oregon and Salomon from Brazil (YWAM Curitiva) joined our Sports Ministry for a week to get us started on the low circuit with its different elements. Cables have been cut, ropes have been knotted and the ropes course starts to take shape! As well, we started one part of the high circuit, 13 meters up in the trees! This week we officially inaugurated the course and our staff and students were the first ones to get some experience. It challenges us to grow in leadership, face our fears, trusting others, following orders and being responsible for others! We will keep you updated on any further progress! Pequeños soñadores, Grandes creadores // Small dreamers, Great creators

En las vacaciones de inviernos tuvimos una hermosa actividad para niños en nuestro Centro de Día llamado "Pequeños soñadores, grandes creadores". Los estudiantes de la EDE de Desarrollo Comunitario arrancaron su tiempo práctico organizando este evento que duró 5 días. Mas de 60 niños asistieron y realizaron varios actividades en que fueron desafiado a usar su imaginación, su creatividad y soñar en grande! Tuvimos una visita especial de Jorgito Vitar, corredor de TC 2000 que empezó como niño chiquito corriendo karting. Fue un tiempo hermoso en donde los niños pudieron encontrarse con Dios, conocerle mas, saber que los ha diseñado con un propósito especial, que son creativos y que pueden lograr lo que pueden en Cristo!
