WorldRace de visita! // Visit from WorldRacers!
En noviembre tuvimos el privilegio de recibir ni 1, ni 2 pero 7 "escuadrones" (como ellos lo llaman) de World Race, 50 personas en total! World Race es un ministerio que anima a jóvenes entre 22-36 años de tomar 11 meses para viajar por diferentes partes del mundo y sumarse a diferentes ministerios locales para servir juntos y extender el Reino de Dios. Tuvimos a los Racers por 3 semanas con nosotros y durante este tiempo se involucraron en evangelismo en el barrio y en la Ciudad, el comedor, grupos pequeños, servicio en la Misión, visita a diferentes iglesias de la zona, visitar a las familias Huarpes en el campo de Lavalle y ayudando en nuestro Ropes Course. Un tiempo de mucha bendición y koinonia, nos encanto recibir a este maravilloso grupo y compartir este tiempo juntos! Por este motivo fue difícil despedirlos, pero creemos que Dios tiene muchas cosas tremendas preparadas para ellos en los 9 meses que les queda. Dios los bendiga!
In November we had the privilege of receiving not 1, not 2 but 7 "squads" (as they call them) of WorldRacers, 50 people in total! World Race is a ministry that encourages young people from 22-36 years old to take 11 months to travel through different parts of the world and work together with local ministries to serve together and extend God´s Kingdom. We had the Racers with us for 3 weeks and during this time they were involved in evangelism in the neighbourhood and in the city, the soup kitchen, small groups, service in the Mission, visiting different churches in the zone, visiting the Huarpe families in the desert of Lavalle and helping out on our Ropes Course. A very blessed time of koinonia, we loved receiving this wonderful group and many friendships were formed. That´s why it was so difficult to say goodbye, but we believe that God has many tremendous things prepared for them for the 9 months that are ahead. God bless them!
